Stopping the Inactivity Crisis
While there is no one way to solve the Inactivity Crisis, there is many (That's good though!). We should start to find ways to interest the citizens to be active. If I do get elected to be the Vorsitzender, I would like to help establish a small economy with wiggle room to grow. Find the true purpose of Abelden. Hold a referendum to reenter the GUM, and apply to the Micronational Olympic Federation. We should also make bianual games where citizens compete to make their states proud!
Culture Identity
Abelden needs to revive its cultural identity, with integrating other cultures and establishing and reviving our own. With a culture, we should establish many things from more holidays to celebrate culture and history, to make a national dish and our traditions. With keeping our cultural identity we can achieve a better knowledge of our nation, others, history, and keeping us active.
Government and Elections
In Abelden it is a recent trend for an upper house in our Parliament. While this is a great idea, we cannot put this into place at this time in Abelden. Although there is a solution. We do it the German way. In Germany half, the house is elected from a party list and the other half is elected from the constituencies while here in Abelden it is from the states. Each state gets one representative (5) and the national gets five too. While there are other ways, we can make a First Minister or Monarch council or a side council of the favourite sons.
Abelden's Purpose
In Abelden, we are lacking many things and losing some people. Why the founders don't really remember what the original purpose was, it is up to us, to find one. While we do not have a purpose, we have a way of finding one with you. If we do get elected into the Vorsitzender position, we will have a team to collect data on what the citizens believe the purpose should be narrow it down. We hold a vote and the results will be enacted into our constitution [notably in the preamble], and in our everyday culture and lives as citizens.
Locating Abelden
Where is Abelden anyways? Some outsiders may ask us that, where we are, and who we are. Well, we already can say who we are. If I am elected Vorsitzender, I would like to help out and give Abelden a more geopolitical presence to the world. By doing this we would establish landmarks, points of interest, locate Abelden on Google Maps. This could open up a greater knowledge of Abelden to the outsiders and could potentially start a small tourism industry. Something we can benefit from!
